I really enjoyed my stay at sutton place hotel! the rooms were beautifully renovated and super comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring downtown. the restaurant staff went above and beyond to help us with a special request, making our visit feel extra special. also, the spa experience was amazing, just like what guests loved about the soothing treatments they offer.
only thing was no access to extra bottles of water after the in-store hotel closed.

Amazing location and comfortable stay
The location in downtown is perfect for exploring, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, which disrupted our sleep on a couple of nights.
